Katie has her hand in our cooks more often than not...she's got a couple younger brothers who are eager to help also (and a couple older ones that are eager to eat)!! :becky:

What I want to know is...was the pumpkin edible? It seems like you could have scooped a good deal of it out and it would've been smoked and cooked. A smoked pumpkin pie anyone?

Thought I'd give this thread a bump...'tis the season and all that.

Wanted to do this again this year, not sure it's gonna happen. Was sure fun when we did it, though. :-D:-D
