Over the weekend I mentioned to Mrs. Wampus, "Hey....the Master Challenge this week is chicken leg quarters! I could get in on it if I cook some!"

Her reply, "Yeah, well, I don't like chicken leg quarters, you know that."

What can I say...I'm sick and I need help. I want to see the before, during, and after. I think a good looking piece of raw meat deserves consideration just as much as a great looking cooked piece of meat, and grill shots can be really cool!:thumb:

It's true that no sides are allowed. You can dress your dish or have it rest on a bed of something. I think the latter applies in your case. I'm sure you had the chicken resting on that bed of potato salad and it slid off as you were snapping the pic. I don't think you can really be held responsible if your chicken is allergic to potato salad.

Honestly, had you not said anything, I thought the chicken was on a bed of rice and had garnish on top. The peppers are pretty much the only problem. I'll let this one slide just this once!:thumb:
