The Rub Co. ORIGINAL Tri-Tip

Made the wife and dog some tri-tip for dinner last night. Rubbed with The Rub Co. Original Rub, cooked direct until I got a nice crust then moved indirect until it got in the low 130* range. Rested for 10 minutes and smashed it! Hope you enjoy the pron.

Absolutely! I know its a drive for you but the OC BBQ Festival will be out of control!!! There was an insane amount of people there last year. I beleive its in June so the weather should be great!
