Roastin' Ronnies Papua New Guinea roast blew me away and set the wheels in motion that started me roasting my own coffee beans. It is surprising how easy it is to do too! You can do it high tech or low budget and for me its just an extension of my outdoor cooking hobby.

I really am looking forward to this!
