Just made a slather of EVOO, garlic, rosemary, salt & pepper.

I scraped my gasket off today, getting ready to put the replacement on this weekend.
 
Roasted veggies (red & sweet potatoes, parsnips, carrots and brussel sprouts).

Pulled it off at 128, rested, then seared.
