Also thanks to the guys that were set up behind us(can't remember name) for noticing the three foot flames coming out of my UDS, someone forgot to put lid back on after taking butts off :redface::redface:
 
That was a tough and humbling contest for us. :redface:. Everything cooked great all night Temps were steady, times were right on, I just don't know what more could have been done to improve. :confused:.

Same here...not sure what happened, not gonna read too much into it though...had a range of 6-9 in Chicken, ribs, and pork in both taste and tenderness:shock: Can't do that and expect to do well I guess, on to the next one:becky:
