Picked these up at the local butcher shop last night. No seasoning other than some salt.

Cooked about 5-6 minutes a side.

First of all, it looks as if you picked out some real beauts. Secondly you then cooked them perfectly Terry. Thirdly, did my invite get lost in the mail?:thumb::thumb:
