Actually I would like to rescind my congrats to Rod, he doesnt even log in over here. Congrats to Steve and ISS!!! crew instead

The last 2 contests Rod showed up in he took GC...and the one in FL (Plant City) he needed to win to stay in the race! CLUTCH!!

Tempe, AZ was a walk off home run in the bottom of the 9th!! Way to go Rod!!

Congrats, Rod! Great job! Also, congrats to Darren and Steve for great seasons and making the TOY race interesting!

Yeah, this would have been a great end of Season One of Pitmasters

Nope, cause Rod did not tell anyone to F off or anything like that. :-D

In fact, at the standard 9:22 shot he wished everyone good luck. He then offered his help to the other 30 teams in the field. Minus Darren of Smokey D and Steve of ISS.

Rod was, need some help, you on time, just let me know. Come on guys I am pulling for you. It was pretty funny.

Congrats on this Rod. The Dedication is impressive.

I know that, i was basing it off of this figuring he wont be reading it anytime soon so why bother

Man, the guy has driven from KC to North Carolina, back to KC, then to Phoenix, back to KC, to Florida, back to KC, then to Tempe. Not to mention flights to film the Dr. Oz segments in between.

Rod, Darren and Steve spent the 45 minutes prior to the award ceremony standing together, talking, laughing and doing what happens at every barbeque contest: being great competitors and sportsmen. There wasn't any performance smack talk, just three great teams passing their time together.

Congratulations to all three teams on your great seasons and especially to Pellet Envy as our 2009 KCBS Team of the Year!

Maybe, he has been busy.

Damn Man, thats pretty harsh. What is the magical quota of posts to be a brother? I'm fairly certain, I don't qualify.
