Hey Guys -

I'm a new member to the forum and I'm very excited about learning how to BBQ the right way. My name is Saeed and I live in Chicago, so I dont have much knowledge in the way of BBQ, but I hope to change that. I've been told that this forum is where I should turn to when asking and receving advice regarding how to make good meat. I'm glad to be a part of the community and hopefully I hope to be a positive and contributing member going forward.

Are you saying its because you are from Chicago that you don't have much knowledge in BBQ?

BBQ was born in Illinois, everyone knows that.
