Any Brethren gonna be at the Chicago Forest Park Ribfest this weekend?

Dan - I cooked this three years in a row..its nice because they encourage you to sell ribs as well..one can make quite a bit of money at this thing because it does draw in a very large crowd..
I stopped doing it only because it has gotten so large and they have outgrown the area theat they hold it in. Its gets to be quite a cluster the way everyone is packed in .if they ever decide to move it to a larger area I would consider doing it again
I do know WIndy City Smokers cooke dit again this eyar but not sure he posts on here or not

A friend of ours (he's a CBJ and judges quite a few competitions and his son works with my wife) ended up winning this!
