I have an online "friend" who owns a catering business in Winnepeg, Canada. He has reached out to me in the hopes of learning about "REAL" BBQ to add to his business.
He has a sincere desire to learn to do it right. He will be in Louisville, KY at a conference with the evenings of July 23rd and 24th open.
