I am a new member, the Bogus Chezz Hawg. I am a backyard BBQ guy with about 15 years of "real BBQ" experience. Prior to that I was grilling (and trying to BBQ) on a kettle grill for about 12 years. Thank you for providing me the opportunity to share my knowledge with others and to learn more from others like me through the use of this forum.
