Default Tuesday Dinner Pron

Got home from work a little early today and decided to throw some pork on the Weber.

- Butterfly pork chops with a little soy sauce and some butt rub
- Green beans with a little bacon fat, onion, salt and pepper
- Jalapeno corn bread
- With a side of apple sauce

Delicious!

Just a tad bit of Hickory.

I was afraid the cornbread would absorb too much smoke but it turned out great!
