So there's a Big Farkin' Sammich throwdown going on. Decided why not...

Started out with some loin backs & my favorite rib rub. PorkMafia Memphis Mud.

Onto the Big Joe...

Couple hours in...

Sauce time. Used some Yes Dear Competition sauce. That is some good stuff...

Done... Big 'ol loaf of bread, onion & pickles...

Yep, overcooked just a bit. Almost all of them pulled out, a couple needed a little extra help. Bread, onion & pickle helped. Not as mushy as I thought it'd be.
