Default Quick cook...PrOn...

Made a skin on pork belly and a spinach/artichoke side dish in a parmesan cream sauce. Did it in the UDS and then threw everything in the broiler to crisp/finish.

We eat keto so this is a usual type of meal. Well, add a salad. Lol
