I was craving wings last weekend, so...
Brined the wings in water, salt, brown sugar, garlic, thyme, and red pepper flakes for 6 hours. Rinsed, dried, and dusted with a couple of different rubs.
Then on the Weber Kettle at 250°F, skin side up, for about 90 minutes.
After a short stint over the coals to crisp up the skin, they were ready...
