Chicago Deep Dish

Now, let me start by saying that this wasn't done on one of my Kamados like usual. We spent all of yesterday cooking and prepping for today (Super Bowl) and had plenty of smoke rolling. For dinner though, my wife made one of her killer Deep Dish pizzas and it was a welcomed break from the norm. Take a peak!
