It was such a nice weekend I decided to bust out the PizzaQue!
Made some sauce and got all my toppings Mise en Place:

Got the work area floured and started stretching my dough:

Then proceeded to make a Margharita, Sausage and Bacon, and Hawaiian pies



And served:

Those are really nice looking pies - great job! What is the max diameter you can fit in the PizzaQ?
 
@Moose I really have no idea. I can measure later tonight if you want. But the 2 peels I have (you can see them in the pic) fit no problem and are about the same as the stone that came with the set.
I could probably go 2 maybe 3 inches bigger than the pies in the pics.
 
Looks way better then anything I ever make! Is the dough from scratch or a mix?

I got lazy this time and bought the dough from our local bakery. Which might become my go to dough. My pizza dough doesn't come out as good. It doesn't stretch as well as the Bakers. Taste is fine but not airy enough.
