I made this Thursday when I watched my Chargers pound the Donkeys :clap2:
any way there wasn't much in the frig but I had some left over tri tip so I though how about a Philly cheese steak something or what ever kinda pie

gave a quick saute to some onion mushroom and bell pepper after I tossed the meat with the mixture and used mozzarella and jack cheese and a little evo



added some more cheese



about 12 minutes it is done







this did not suck! some Hatch green would have been cool:doh:

Thanks everybody, I got another Idea for this afternoon. I'm thinking maybe Chicken enclilada
