Wagu Flat Iron Steak

This is going to be my entry in the Grill Shot TD. I was able to get three of these from Smoken' Dudes BBQ Store

Coated these with olive oil and seasoned with S&P. Put on some screaming hot grill grates on the Egg

Cooked about 2 min a side maybe less. Perfect for me a little rare for my wif but she did say it was very good. Even my son said that
