Bought this 1.84 lb bad boy from Tony's Market in Castle Rock Co. last Sunday. Seasoned with Bull S--t and onto a blistering kettle for 5-6 minutes per side. Then rested for 15 minutes under foil with a lil butter on top. Best steak I think I've ever had!!!

Wow! That's a beautiful steak, and you cooked it to perfection. Great sides too. Well done Sir!
 
Here I am stuck in the office dreaming of cooking a steak and I see this... you are killing me!
 
So I'm eyeballing picture number 5, drooling over that perfect plate of food.

Then I scroll down to pic number 6 and I see that perfectly cooked T-Bone smothered in fungus!

Other than the 'shrooms, great looking cook.
