Bought this 1.84 lb bad boy from Tony's Market in Castle Rock Co. last Sunday. Seasoned with Bull S--t and onto a blistering kettle for 5-6 minutes per side. Then rested for 15 minutes under foil with a lil butter on top. Best steak I think I've ever had!!!
