I went to see friends in Texas for a few days and had a nice visit. We made finger food one night..

seasoned two pots..
one with crawdad boil, salt, lemons, cayenne, smoked sausage, onion, garlic..

That's it. Served with garlic bread, garlic butter, horseradish sauce...and lots of cold beverages.

That's a thing of beauty, and exactly how I prefer to eat my "Low Country Boil" aka "Frogmore Stew" aka.... aka... whatever you call it.

Looks great like always! I'll be doing something similar for the 4th. Question, are getting live crawfish worth it over the precooked for boils?
