Last week my friend gave me this griddle. Where he works there's a metal shop and the guys there made it for me.

I seasoned as best I could before cooking on it.



Our first cook was shrimps with zuchinni,carrot noodles.

Shrimps marinaded in a beer mix called michelada love,lime juice,onion and garlic.



Today for breakfast we did a egg and chorizo torta.



Today's dinner was ground chicken burgers.

Man, does that ever look good!! Why heat up the house or splatter up the stove when you have that beauty? When you aren't smoking up BBQ on your charcoal grills you can be a short order cook on your flat top.
