Hello Brethren and Happy New Year to Y'All !

For me, I would like to start new Year w/ basic& delicious smoking pork chops

I used different rub for each chops. We have all different tastes !!

I tenderized chops to infuse some good rub in. It worked perfectly.

Smoked for 30' the smaller and for 50' the thicker then in the the grill for some nice crust.

Those chops was really moist and tasty !

As a Texan I'm a closet pork chop lover (this is steak country) I think I need to take a trip to the Boot:tongue: Nicely done Enrico

^^^Well I'm from TN, so no need to hide my love of pork chops. But I am a closet steak lover.

Anyway - great looking chops there! That's one of my favorite dishes of all time.

Looks tasty, that big Weber is the way to go too. I bought one about a year ago and for indirect cooking it's hard to beat.

I'm just curious, in Rome is grilling/smoking/outdoor cooking pretty common or kind of rare?

That pork chop is making me hungrier than I already was!
