Tasha went to Austin since her mom is scheduled to have surgery tomorrow and I am left to fend for myself again...

I probably should have paced myself...

Margarita.

1/2 part Cointreau
1/2 part Presidente Brandy
2 parts tequila
The rest is Simple Limeade based on how strong you like 'em. I make 'em strong.

One drink in and I'm feeling it. Got half a CAB tri-tip on rubbed with Oakridge Santa Maria and HDD with some sausage stuffed peppers and will grill some avocado later.

More pr0n later...gotta grab me a beer and make sure I don't burn nuthin'...

Your cooks are always so laid back and you make everything look stress free and easy. Most of the time when I'm cooking I'm trying to manage 5 things and I'm running around. I like your way better.

It's almost like one of those survival shows ... can he make it? I'd say "yes", in fine style.

All those shows are going "naked" lately. I really hope peeps keeps it old school and fully clothed. He has been drinking...

That would give a whole new meaning to burning your sausage.

Went to the garage fridge and grabbed me one of these to finish the cook and have with dinner...

Pro-tip...make sure you use the side of the cutting board with the juice channel for quicker clean up. :thumb: :becky:

Just stop grilling direct and cook things indirect. Is slows the pace considerably. I almost HATE direct grilling things now as it puts me in a frantic pace when I am handling the whole meal.

When will she learn not to leave you alone! :-D

The food look great!

I hope her mom's surgery goes well.
