Did up some chicken thighs today on the smokey joe over lump and mesquite chips. Marinated the chicken for about an hour in the sauce we use for our church chicken bbq, (cider vinegar, oil, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper and an egg -good stuff) the wife made up some stuffed zucchini on the gasser, and dinner is on!
