Quick Turkey Drum Pron
Trurkey Drums, Brined in water, brown sugar, kosher salt, allspice, old bay, orange juice, lemon juice. Rubbed with Plowboys Yardbird.

Looks awesome! How did the skin come out? is there a way to ensure it's pretty dry? I'd rather have tough papery skin than flabby skin
