Finally a video on this. Someone, I can't remember who, decoded it long ago, and except for the "secret ingredients" I will never reveal, or the one I left out which is simply not on the video, well, its pretty close... close enough to add something of your own.
As with all of my bulk recipes, they are in parts. So that means you can make it with a damn spoon, coffee cup measure, lid to a Barq's Carburetor Cleaner bottle, Dixie cup, anything as long as you use the same thing.
