I went to grad school with that guy. It was obvious at the time that he was either going to be wildly successful or incarcerated. He got his start in the flesh business - good to see he's moved on to animal flesh.

Been to Tuscon, was there back in October/November time frame. The heart attack grill cafe is something to be reckoned with, but with a lot of eye candy! Very NICE place.
