How To: Rock's Bar-B-Que Stoker Ad Hoc On Windows 8

I had the good fortune of finding a Stoker at a great price. Doing comps I wanted to be able to use it without having to unhook and drag out my router. I found bits and pieces online, so I created a how to and am sharing it here. This is using the wireless Stoker firmware 2.7.0.332 and Windows 8.1. This may work with other versions of Windows, or the ad hoc network may actually be seen on other versions. Because there are screenshots I am just attaching the document.
