Enjoyed some PTO/Leave this weekend. Early show tomorrow after a busy weekend.
Started the weekend off right with a tribute to "The Few" in the RAF who held that country together by the skin of their teeth in Jul-Aug-Sep 1940.
Decided to break out the homemade Trompo King-thing and make some Mediterranean gyros/schwarma on homemade gluten-free pita bread!

CINCHOUSE requested Charlie Mills-marinated BBQ Chicken to go with her farm-fresh fried okra in Tucumcari Blue Cornmeal.
It's been a great weekend. Time to get back at it tomorrow.
