Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!!! Thank you to all of the teams that donated their leftover pork and brisket (some even donated chicken and ribs!), we could NOT have done this without your generosity! Thank you to Cates and Crew for allowing us the opportunity.

We ended up making almost $1500 and sold out of food in ONE HOUR! We sold over 500 plates!

We did the crowd a favor by not submitting our brisket for the Kookers Kare event. Although in hind site, you may have been able to charge more for jerky than brisket!!!
