I had some free time on my hands yesterday. This was alot easier to make then I though it was going to be. All the parts came with the sprayer besides the needle which I took from a cheap injector that broke.

That looks awesome and I would love to have one (though I zero practical use for it!). The question that instantly popped in my head since I am always a worry wort, is.. is that all food grade stuff? Could the injection leech anything out of that?

well I've seen others use them and haven't reported any deaths:wink:. I Think it should be fine. I wont be putting any hot liquid in it. Just dont use a used one

heres a picture of the parts. I cut the black plastic piece about a 1/4in above the bottom threads. I then drilled the opening on the brass piece just enough for the needle to go through. (its very easy to drill). Then you just put the needle through the brass and use the black plastic peice to put the pressure on the needle to hold it in. theres also a little gasket ring that came with it that i used between the needle and the brass to prevent any leaks.
