The couscous dish is called "tabouleh".
Probably many Arabian people would love to try mine but they can't.....it has pork and drunk raisins in them.:heh:

This tabouleh was stuPhed with ingredients...

-couscous
-homemade smoked chickenbroth.
-pulled chicken
-scallion
-mint
-parsley
-cherry tomatoes
-spicey red pepper
-garlic
-smoked Stroh rum drunk raisins
-smoked pine nuts
-pomegranate
-smoked bacon
-olive oil
-tomato paste
-lemon juice
-salt
-pepper

Racks were rubbed with Dizzy Pig's Red Eye Express and a paste of garlic,parsley,rozemary,mint,olive oil,salt,pepper.

Also made a veggie pan with zucchini,eggplant,tomato sauce,herb butter,parmigiano reggiano.

Padawan's dessert was drunk mango with homemade Greek yoghurt/limonchello icecream...

Stupendous, Phu! Everything looks great, and you really cooked the lamb perfectly!
 
DANG that lamb looks PERFECT! I am so hungry right now, I may have to make some Zhatar bread!
 
Outstanding food and great pics as usual. Lamb and all the sides cooked to perfection.

Superb! Brings back memories of a 2 year tour in Riyadh. Only thing missing for me was baba-ganoush ;-). Thanks much for sharing.
