I saw these chops laying at the wholesale store and couldn't leave them there.
Brined them in water,cane sugar and Lawry's.....made them Dirty with Todd's Dirt.
For sides a twice baked sweet tater and a Phresh smokey salad.

I ate it all by myself...there was one chop left en some salad.:wink:

That looks crazy good! :clap2: I've been having good luck with flavoring brines too. The sweet taters look delicious! :thumb:
 
Kooks incredibly tasty Phu! Also makes me wish I had something other than BB's for dinner tonight.
