Thank you Yan. I tend to agree with you. I got the Bratwurst, handmade, at local market for $3.99 lb. You just can't get good Weisswurst or Knackwurst anywhere but a good sausage maker and you end up paying for it. (At least it's that way about here)

Thank you KC. They do have some good products but they ain't cheap. I do believe they ship.
