can anyone quickly give me a measurement of the inside dimension of the smokey joe. theres an estate sale down the road with some big boil and stock pots.

My grate is 13-5/8" diameter. The base on my SJ is 13-7/8" diameter from inside lip to inside lip.

You might need a couple of straight edges to take into account the curve in the bottom of the tamale pot.
