hopefully, Lord Willing, it'll be smoked with red oak chunks later this week..
and then pulled chuckie sammies to start, followed by chuckie tacos and burritos for the left overs...

I figure it could be anywheres from 16-20 hours to cook...give or take...
 
Great score! Did a 19# last month at 300*, 6 hrs in the smoke and another 6 hrs in the pan. Nothing like a big hunk of meat. Have FUN!!!!!!!
 
Looking forward to you cook thread. My chuckroast are still a work in progress. I haven't quite got them right yet.
