All night packer cook

Up since 1am with a packer on my UDS. Nothing like the smell of hickory at 2:50 in the morning.
 
wow that's earl, I wont do anything like that anymore but good luck
 
Put a breakfast fattie on at 6 and it is ready to eat. The brisket is still humming away at 250 degrees. Next I put on the meatloaf and then the abt's.
 
You build a UDS so you can stay up all night to cook a packer?
 
The packer is looking great. The fattie was awesome as it always is. Went with a slight variation of the bacon explosion sliced and sitting on a biscuit. Made for a great breakfast. The meatloaf is now on the smoker and in an hour I can release it from the foil pan to better absorb the hickory until it is done.

 
Update: Photo of the packer and the meatloaf. The meatloaf comes out of the tin and on to the grate in half an hour.

 
From the Juicy Brisket to the taste of the Burnt Ends to the Baked Beans and Cornbread this was a great meal.
