Cambro?

Well, I got a cambro today. Had gone back and forth on it for a bit......found a place that gave me a price I could live with so I have the 400 series model.

Anyhow, just wondering if there is any tricks, tips, concerns I need to know about when holding the butts and briskets in there. Seems straight forward enough, but thought I would seek advice.
