Saw Emeril do a pork roast in a plastic bag. Any-one using these bags when its time to foil?
 
Bag it!

I have done turkey and chicken in them with great results. The birds come out really moist.
 
I have been doing my Thanksgiving turkey in oven bags for several years now. Comes out moist and tender, cooks faster, but the skin is not as dark.

I have also done some briskets when I was without my smoker and the results were decent.
 
I was thinking about using the bag instead of foil for pork and brisket after reaching target temp. Quality of foil aint what it used to be.
