Hey there
my friend “milehigh” came down Sunday with Mz. Chloe (black lab) to do some fishin for a couple of days and once again the fishin’ was good but the catchin’ was so-so…
of course when ever Paul is in town we have a tendency to eat good…and he does all the work..:-D
I had a “little” Rib Steak that the local butcher sells
…Added some Cactus rub and then slow cooked using indirect heat (with some pecan wood chips for a little more zip) for 2 hours….
some honey glazed sweet potatoes and Caesar Salad to round out the meal…
