So lucky to live in Texas, HEB has a new briquette , all natural and cheaper than KCC . Used it tonight on cowboy rib eyes , very good flavor, will try a smoke on Sunday.
I tried a few bags of that last summer it's ok for grilling but IMO It burns up to fast for smoking. I tried it in the Mini Wsm and the UDS my burn times where less than normal.
