Smoked Pork...Puerto Rican style with beans, rice, plantains and chicken

Looks good. You sure that wasn't a turkey labeled as a chicken?

Do you have a recipe for those beans? They looked GOOD! (I love anything with olives.)

bean recipe

We buy dried pinto beans, usually Goya. rinse them in a colander well, then cover with about 3 inches of water and let soak overnight.
Rinse the next day and cover with fresh water about 1 inch over the beans. I pressure cook (15 lbs) for 15 minutes. Drain the beans and reserve the beany/cooking water.

1 Cup Dried Beans, cooked
1 Tomato sauce, can about 4-6 ounces.
1 Packet Goya Sazon seasoning
1/2 Cup Recaito, Goya is great
1 Tsp or to taste of Badia Adobo seasoning
12-15 Green olives w/pimentos
maybe add up to 1 cup reserve cooking liquid for sauciness

Best latino beans I've tasted
