Guys, I have a #4.89 center cut pork tenderloin. Looking for some simple but good marinade ideas. This will be cooked in the house as were expierencing minus ten to twenty wind chills and going colder tomorrow.
Opps forgot to mention we have a blizzard warning in effect as well.

Im looking for something simple but sweet as well. I was thinking about a 4 to 6 hour soak in a can of coke. Onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Ive searched the books and nuthing their even looks good. Maybe I should use apple juice as well.

Any thoughts here folks?

I've used the marinade you described for less tender beef steaks and like it a lot. Never tried it on pork loin though.

For a quick marinade, try this one from a Paul Kirk book... I used it about a year ago and liked it..

Apple Ginger Marinade

1 cup Apple cider or apple juice
2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 cloves of minced garlic

Hey Bull,

It is pretty fatkin cold over here too!! Hope the Loin turns out good!! Stay Warm!!

Thanks Spydermike72, U do the same.
Ok. I did a some more searching and I dont have any ginger...sorry Vinnie.
Here is one marinade that I can make and it sounds very good to us.
I found it on AllAbout.com and here it is.

1/2 cup peanut oil
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons of worchestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
1/4 cup of parsley flakes

Minimum soak of 6 hrs. Im going to half this loin and place this marinade on the 2 halves when I go to bed in about 4 hours.

Wished the weather was a bit more friendly to do it on the baby Klose.
If you think an overnite soak is going to be too long or any other suggestions to this recipe please speak up/
Thanks brothers in advance for your advice.
