Needed to get some stuff out of my overflowing freezer and this pork shoulder butt was the first to go.

White Lightning rub 8ish hours at 250*

May wrap at some point but for now I'm just gonna let it roll.

Food temp... 179. No foil so I think we've broken past the stall.

It smells amazing outside the cooker.

Slaughtered.

This was fun. And we have a ****load of pulled pork to spread around.

Total cook time about 9 hours. Rested for an hour.
