Smoked salmon dip

Anyone have any amazing recipes? Have some leftover from the weekend and were keto so fatty salmon dip sounds amazing!
 
I just got told by the Doc that my diet needs a hell of a lot more fish, apparently brisket isn't something I can live off of (for long). Any help from y'all is appreciated by me as well
 
2 to 1, cream cheese to mayo.
garlic,
onion, green or sweet,
sometimes I use dehydrated if that's all I have,
chives, if I have them,
smoked salmon, more salmon than cheese/mayo mix
sometimes I'll add a rub or powdered dip mix (spinach),
sorry I don't measure, just add till it looks right.
I know this isn't really a recipe but
You cant really go wrong, Its got smoked fish in it!
Your going to miss out not putting this on crackers or bread though.

Yeah I dont really have a recipe either. I do use some Miracle Whip as well as mayo. Lots of cream cheese. Green onion. Lemon juice. Dill. And I like to add some horseradish in mine also.

INGREDIENTS
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1⁄2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon freshly minced fresh dill
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish, drained
1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt
1⁄4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1⁄4 lb smoked salmon, minced

DIRECTIONS
Cream the cheese in an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment until just smooth.
Add the sour cream, lemon juice, dill, horseradish, salt, and pepper, and mix.
Add the smoked salmon and mix well.
Chill and serve with crudites or crackers.
 
Straight from my ex-Alaskan kitchen:

1/2 lb smoked salmon. (Sockeye is best)
8 oz creamed cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove crushed garlic
1 tbsp chopped chives
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
A shake of Marie Sharp's hot sauce
A grind of black pepper

Flake the salmon - do not use cold smoked salmon
Mix the cream cheese and mayonnaise well
Add the rest of the ingredients except the salmon and mix well
Fold in the salmon
Add mayonnaise to get the consistency you want (go slowly!)
Refrigerate for a couple of hours

Enjoy!
