Center Cut Pork Ribs

So this past weekend, we smoked center-cut pork ribs. Came out pretty tasty, if I do say so myself. Still want to make them even more tender though...maybe next time wrap them tight and let them steam themselves for a while before serving, like in a cooler or something?
