Cube Steak, not sure that was the best cut for these but they turned out pretty good. Covered with Flour and some seasoning covered in Eggs and some more Flour. Cooked about 4 minutes or so per side.

What do you all think?

Cube steak is what I always use. And just for the record that is some mighty fine looking chicken fried steak.
 
I normally use cube steak as well. And that is a very nice looking plate.
 
Fan-Farkin-tastic! Now that is a comfort food meal that would make me comfortable enough for a good nap. Good job Terry!
 
Yep. That's pretty much exactly how I make mine, cept mine usually don't look that good.:eusa_clap

Excellent!!! That looks so good. That is the way we do it as well but your looks better for some reason. Nice cook Terry.
