Well it the first sun we had and the weather is nice thought I cook some beef on the dutch oven, Then give the shoulder roast some smoke on the end . starting the fire

Shoulder roast and chuckie rub with salt evvo , pepper

sear beef on a very hot lid and dutch oven

Close up oven and let cook

Nice! I use that same soup with my chucks when I cook them in the iron. The wife likes the spuds and carrots. I like rice and gravy with mine. I'm really hungry for Sunday dinner now!
